When you place your order, woodstockfamilymedicine will immediately email you an order confirmation. Because we are an online everyday pharmacy to give the best response to our users so we will touch with you within 24 hours, you should get a second email confirming that your order is now in processing. If we are unable to fulfill your order or have a payment problem, we will email you.
Once your order has been processed, it will likely be sent the same day. If applicable, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you with a track and trace number. If you have any questions, an email will outline specific shipping times and how to contact us.
We can ship to your home address or to your work if you prefer.
Shipping using registered airmail is $ 12. Registered Airmail is a preferred shipping method because it is more secure and less likely to be stolen or lost. This requires the signing of delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery then the notice will be left to give advice about the attempted delivery and how to contact the post office. They will keep them there for 4 weeks before they are returned to us.
PO Boxes and APO Addresses
We can deliver to PO Boxes and APO addresses as long as the delivery method. On your My Account page, simply set your Primary Shipping Address to your PO Box or APO address as required.
We are based offshore in India and your order is treated by your local Customs as imported goods. When your parcel passes through Customs there might be a delay while they process your order. We suggest that you always allow extra time and order ahead so you are not inconvenienced during this phase. The delay can be just a few days to 3 weeks in extreme cases before they contact you.
We ship the most orders within 24-48 hours immediately after you keep it. Delivery time is entirely due to the postal or courier service. The table above shows the normal delivery times. Please keep in mind that if customs hold your order for pending import duties, they could hold your order for 3-21 days before contacting you. If your order has not come within the standard delivery time given above, please allow an additional 7 days for delivery PRIOR to contacting us to establish if your order is simply delayed with delivery; held at customs or indeed lost.
Lost orders and re-shipments
We will reship or refund for any lost order provided we are contacted within 8 weeks from the ship date. No reshipments or refunds will be accepted if reported to us after 8 weeks. We are happy to replace any order that has not been delivered but on the following conditions:
- An additional 7 days have elapsed in addition to the standard delivery time since the ship date.
- The shipping address provided to us is correct
If you have provided an incorrect address, you will be charged for the replacement order. When/if the original order is returned to us we will contact you with the refund details. The refund may take some months as the “return” postage has not been paid.
Returns and Refunds

If you receive an order that is damaged in any way, or if you do not receive your order at all, then we will give you another package. If you want a refund, we will refund your full amount on your request. For this process, we would ask to wait for 30 days from when the order was sent. If it is not received within 30 days, you still have not received the order, or if you have not seen any information that your order has returned or is on hold, then please send us a support ticket to our refund section. We will take care of any support ticket in a timely manner.
