Appointments: To make an appointment, call our office at 503-236-1830. We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment to allow adequate time for registration. If you have a problem that requires prompt attention, please call as early in the day as possible and we will make every effort to schedule an appointment that same day.
Cancellations: If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify us ahead of time. We do not overbook so if you fail to show up for your appointment, you jepordize an appointment slot for another patient who may need to be seen. We do require 24 hour notice for cancelling an appointment or changing your appointment. If adequate time is not given, you may be charged a fee.

If you need a refill of a prescription, please contact your pharmacy and have them fax us a refill request. If it is a prescription you need to pick-up from our office, please be sure to call our office and ask for your doctor's Medical Assistant's voicemail.

We do require at least
48 business hours notice to refill any medications, so please plan accordingly. Sometimes the doctors are not in the office, faxes are not received or the pharmacy may have ran out of your medication. By planning ahead, you will avoid any problems that may arise.
As of March 2013,we have added Ray Price, LMT to our practice to help our patients with their musculoskeletal problems. He uses various techniques and modalities to help patients with a broad range of issues. With his understanding of the Osteopathic approach to treating patients, he can follow through with the treatment plans our doctors set forth for each individal patient.
